Welcome to Heart Healthy Walking at Home!
Fitness walking for heart health, weight loss and keeping that weight off … is an important tool in not having unhealthy extra pounds sneak up on you ever again! And brisk walking for as little as 30 minutes a day or at least 150 minutes per week will improve circulation, reduce stress, lower cholesterol and may promote healthy weight loss when combined with reduced calorie intake!
This program offers you a 1 Mile “Beginner paced” walk and a 2 Mile Brisk Walk for those of you that are ready to WALK STRONG!
Don’t worry if you haven’t exercised in a long time …. You’ll work up to that 1 mile mark …. Even a few minutes a day is so powerful –that’s what is so great about getting started at home ….you can do as much – or as little- as your fitness level allows – you will see that you can START WITH “minutes” a day to a healthy body!
