Restorative walking after Sunday dinner! Groundhog day … let’s pray! Super Bowl Sunday … have fun!

3 Miles – plus Strength Training for Arms, Chest & Back

DAY OFF!
A day off is part of a healthy routine …. Take it!

3 Miles – plus Strength Training for Arms, Chest & Back

2 Miles – plus Core exercise

5 REALLY BIG Miles!
(Yes, that’s “really” the name of the workout DVD! LOL! Saturdays are for the BIG BURN!)

(Try THE BIG BURN DVD from My Top 12 DVD’s for 2014 – a great 2 Mile Walk/Jog Intervals, it’s an “oldie” but “goodie!”)
(That is 2,000 steps or 15 min walk in the AM & PM)

Fri. Feb 14- LOVE DAY! HUG-HUG-HUG EVERYBODY !
… those hug muscles are in great shape – I know they are (biceps, chest, muscles that pull people toward you … those are the hug muscles!)
