 Your “WALKS” are Ready!

Starting the month with a WEEKEND !!!! Yippee … that’s my kind of month!

 And it’s LOVE month to boot!

***JUST FOR OUR WALKERS!  A Heart Healthy 2 Mile Walk will be streaming all month long …. at Walk at Home Homepage!  Enjoy it in good health friends!

5 MEGA Miles! Why not start the month MEGA?!!

Restorative walking after Sunday dinner!  Groundhog day … let’s pray!                                                     Super Bowl Sunday … have fun!

2 Miles  – plus Core exercise

A day off is part of a healthy routine …. Take it!

3 Miles – plus Strength Training for Arms, Chest & Back

… those hug muscles are in great shape – I know they are (biceps, chest, muscles that pull people toward you … those are the hug muscles!)
