5 MEGA Miles! Why not start the month MEGA?!!

    Did really well on Jan. challenge. Can’t wait to start Feb. challenge. I have lost 20lbs doing Leslie’s program so far. I feel stronger and healthier already. Thank you Leslie for such a great program and doing these challenges!

    I love Leslie. My mom got me hooked. At first I thought I was too young for this type of workout. Boy was I wrong! Nobody is too old or too young for Leslie’s positive FUN workouts. I am always in a better mood when I walk with Leslie. I really like the monthly workouts posted on the blog. It’s fun to think that other Leslie fans are out there walking the walk with me.

    Would really love to be able to down load this as a PDF like I use to as a member of the Walk Club.
    I don’t always have access to the internet, so would be good to have the Walk schedule printed out and in my diary for easy access.

    Just ordered your 5-mile walking dvd….already have been using the 4-mile dvd….helped me lose 11 pounds and 4 inches in January…yeah!!!!!!! This is on my bucket list for 20147….to lose 27 pounds and then go from there….so I am off to a healthy start….thanks Leslie for creating these for us!!!!!

    So excited to walk strong all month long! I don’t own the 3 mile calorie blast or 5 really big miles DVDs, so I will substitute those w/ the 3 mega miles & 5 fat burning miles DVDs. I will also occasionally use some of my 4 mile DVDs instead of the 5 mile ones. Hey, what matters most is that I’m walking right?! :-)

    Yes, this would be great if we could download the schedule in a PDF version, or an actual calendar version that we could print out and hang up. I plan on starting tonight, need to do something about this weight!! It would be helpful to have the visual reminder hanging on the wall. Wish me luck!

    I live in snow and ice country. One month after back surgery doctor told me to walk a lot. Well, couldn’t do it outside so I started watching Leslie’s DVD’s and I walk a mile every other day sometimes everyday. I even lost 6 pounds. I love her low impact workouts and walking at my own pace. I hope to move up to two miles and then three when I am able.

    I haven’t tried the walk plan yet but based on all of your comments I’ve just read, I WILL be starting TODAY!! Woohooo!! I bought the Belly Blasting Walk and did the entire thing Thursday, floor exercises and all and was able to push myself to hold those planks! So proud of myself! I’m sore today so I know it’s working already. A trainer told me that if you’re not a little sore you’re not doing it right, so I kept that in mind when I was doing it! I have several of Leslie’s DVD’s, my favorite has been the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. It has 12 min miles! Also the 5 Mile Advanced Walk, one I’ve had for years. I haven’t done them regularly but when I used to, I lost weight while I was on WW. I am on the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge, LOVING it, have lost 30 lbs without exercising much. I’ve maintained it for quite a while but need to lose more. A friend challenged me to lose 10 more lbs on Project 10 Challenge. I accepted! When I lose it, a needy child gets 30 free meals and I get 10 chances to win $1,000! I need to step it up and move more so I got out my DVD’s! Today I’ll be doing the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk to burn off that chocolate I had last night! I’m ready to jump right into Leslie’s walking challenge and am excited to see the changes! Stay tuned! :-) Everyone have a wonderful Saturday and Walk Walk Power Walk!

When I’ve been walking with your programs, I definitely feel positive results, including chasing the blues away. I bearly have time to work out, as I work and study all day. Now, finding these videos I can say that I have no excuse.
