I’ll post workouts for the entire month … you can follow the miles, minutes and steps in any way that you like to walk!  For the days that you’ll choose to do DVD walks…Here are my TOP 12 for 2014 Fitness.  It’s a collection of workouts that address every area of health and fitness…it’s a full WALK GYM!

Fri. Jan. 3 – Walk It Off in 30 Days (Firm 30 segment)

Sat. Jan. 4 – Belly Blasting Walk

+ Healthy Abs & Back segments

(ADD Core exercise)

Sun. Jan. 5 – Walk after Sunday Dinner with family or friends … don’t count minutes, miles or steps …. Just walk, talk, enjoy your loved ones! Ok … let’s “count” only our blessings!

Mon. Jan. 63 MEGA Miles! DVD

The 3rd Mile on that DVD is VERY VERY effective to slim & sculpt your arms, back, chest and core! The Firm Band WORKS! Please try the Fitness Gloves … when the hands are protected you can use the Band with more strength (and comfort)!
