| I own practically every DVD Leslie has put out. I have been "walking the walk" for about 5 years. I doubted that this new DVD was going to be as much fun and as brisk as it turned out to be! I find it starts and sustains a higher aerobic benefit than the newer DVDs before it. I LOVE IT! It's a lot of bang for your buck for a 45 minute workout-no wasted time here-you get right into it! | ||||

| I do one of Leslie's three-mile workout every morning, and I wanted to add another to my collection. I was a little skeptical of the Exercise TV brand, but figured if Leslie put her name on the product, it would be a good one, so I ordered it. I'm so glad I did! This is a great three-mile workout that even has Leslie a little winded at one point. New moves on sidesteps and kicks were fun and a little more challenging. Get ready to have fun and sweat! | ||||
