  This is the best 2 mile walk EVER!!!! I usually walk 4 or 5 miles a day and I could barely finish this one. Follow the walk with the hip and thigh workout and all I can say is WOW!!! Great job Leslie!!!!!

  The fit cuff really pumps up the firming workout. I walk the 2 miles and go right into the firm band segment and it has been so successful. I have 10 or more of Leslie's videos beginning with the 1 2 3 and 2 lb weighted balls and I rotate all of them everyday. Between the aerobic and cardio training from the videos and watching my calorie intake I have dropped 50 pounds. Learn all you can about Leslie's program and give it a try - it can change your life.

  This was a good 2 mile. The firming was a little hard to follow but I liked it.

  Leslie hit the mark again! This one gives you a good fat burning workout. Leslie is her perky best and I like the way she keeps you motivated. It is nice to do the cardio and then end up with workout for hips and thighs. Lesle hits the target with this one. Killing two birds with one stone. My jeans are fitting better already. If your hips and thighs are your trouble areas, this one is for you.

  I just did the 2 mile portion of this video with my co-workers at lunch. I have been walking with Leslie's videos since April with fabulous results. This one really kicked it up a notch and provided different music to keep it interesting. Thank you!
