| I love this one. Leslie is motivating and the music is real good. I really like the fact that you can do 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles, etc. It's your choice. I like it that she has a seperate warm up and cool down, too. It keeps the continuity flowing if you choose to do more then 1 mile. I think this one is a must have for your Leslie Library. | ||||

| Some of the best music yet! Love the high energy Leslie brings to these miles; simple to follow for the beginner walker yet powerful enough for the advanced walker. The new variations to some of the basic steps adds some nice variety. The focus on different parts of the body makes this one of my favorites for sure!! | ||||

I own so many of your DVD's. I have to say this is my favorite. The music was more upbeat. I especially enjoyed your cooking ideas. I would love to see more of that as well. |
