  I own so many of your DVD's. I have to say this is my favorite. The music was more upbeat. I especially enjoyed your cooking ideas. I would love to see more of that as well.

  Some of the best music yet! Love the high energy Leslie brings to these miles; simple to follow for the beginner walker yet powerful enough for the advanced walker. The new variations to some of the basic steps adds some nice variety. The focus on different parts of the body makes this one of my favorites for sure!!

  I love this one. Leslie is motivating and the music is real good. I really like the fact that you can do 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles, etc. It's your choice. I like it that she has a seperate warm up and cool down, too. It keeps the continuity flowing if you choose to do more then 1 mile. I think this one is a must have for your Leslie Library.

  This is a great workout. It's very well rounded, and it works all of your body. It's quite versatile since you can do a mile a day, several miles, or all five miles in one workout. I'd definitely recommend adding this to your workout library.

  Awesome workout!!! Music was better than in DVDs past. For those of you who think Leslies workouts are for "older folks", she had my heart rate up to 150-160pbm several times during this workout, and at about 135-140 average for the entire workout! That's fat-burning mode, Folks! Leslie's cuing is great; you know what's coming beforehand so you're able to keep in stride with her every step! I highly recommend this DVD for a great in-home workout.

  This new dvd is bonza, Leslie is as motivating and refreshing as ever, there are new twists to the basic steps that are challenging and add excitement, it can be done as a mile a day or if you are super keen then you can complete as many miles as you can, it includes a great warm up and cool down section.
The breakfast segment is a brilliant idea and gives people simple but healthy ideas so that breakfast is made easy even if you are on the run, the breakfasts are universal and include everyday foods which we can even make here down under in Australia.
