Are you looking for a workout that you will be motivated to do EVERYDAY? I highly recommend this DVD to anyone looking to lose weight. I'm a junior in college and It can be hard to find the time or the motivation to get to the gym. I love working out and walking is one of my favorite things to do. For my 20th birthday I asked my mom to get me a duffle bag full of things I could use to work out with in my on-campus apartment. She filled a duffle bag with some resistance and stretch bands, a medicine ball, some wrist and ankle weights, a set of 3 pound dumbbells, a water bottle, and the walk belt with the "Walk Away Your Wasteline" DVD. I didn't use the DVD initially because I didn't think I had enough room in my tiny aparment bedroom to do it. I gained some weight during the summer and I decided to really buckle down on my weight loss. I popped the DVD in and got out the walk belt. I was surprised to find that the DVD was perfect for me to do in my 12' x 8' bedroom. I started by just doing the first 2 miles of the DVD. It was a great workout and it kicked my butt. 1 month later, I do the 3 mile walk everyday! It's easy and it BURNS CALORIES. I have lost 18 pounds and I plan to continue to lose. It's all because of this DVD and Leslie's motivational antics. Thanks Walk At Home!!!
Fun way to add to your walk (5/5) Apr 3, 2008 Jodie Salinas CA US
Great workout - really got me sweating! I love the addition of the resistance belt! It's not a difficult to do addition - it adds just enough to kick the work out up to the next level. Here's a tip: I have short arms so the rubber tubing didn't add much resistance at first. I tied a knot in each length of the yellow tubing and it was perfect!
this is great!!! (5/5) May 26, 2008 vinee arreola
I just started working out about a month ago and i continue to work out because this work out is so easy to learn but gives you a great burn!!!

This is my new favorite workout. With the walk band I feel like I accomplish more of a workout in a shorter amount of time. It's fast paced and energetic and I find myself looking forward to the kids nap so I can exercise.

This was the first Walk At Home DVD I ever owned. It was the best investment I made in making a change for a healthier lifestyle. The belt is a great addition. I love how it works the back of my arms and helps tone the "jiggles" as Leslie would say. Great DVD to own.

As leslie puts it" It's my all time favorite" DVD I have about 4 different DVD of Leslie's, and I have to say this is my favorite one, and the next would be Walk Away the Pounds(super fat burning) with the walk away weights. I alternate them every other day, I can't say enough good about it... the music , the belt, the different moves. I finally found something that "clicked" for me. Thanks , Leslie....
