| This workout is great. It really gets the heart pumping and the sweat rolling. The workout really tones the body and slims the waistline. Make sure that you have already been doing some of the WATP workouts to get you ready for this one. You are walking about 5 miles per hour, but it is fun. I would recommend this to everyone who is motivated to shed the pounds and tone. | ||||

I started exercising with this DVD in Aug 2008. It is now Nov.2. I have lost 2 1/2 " on my waist, 2 1/2" on my hips and various other inches. LOVE, LOVE this DVD. Thanks Leslie! I enjoy the routine and still feel like I have had a good workout. I have also lost 9 lbs so far. Hope everyone enjoys is like I have. |

| I really enjoy this dvd, and feel I will get the results I am looking for. I have only had the dvd for about 5 or 6 days. I have done this dvd atleast 4 times and really enjoy it, and I sweat a lot but feel so good afterwards. I can already see some changes going on in my abs and waist, even if its a little. I also have done like a mile or 2mile dvd along the way also some days, I am determined. No pain, no gain, is the truth. | ||||

This video makes the fourth video of Leslie's I've purchased, and is my favorite so far! I still use all the others, I like to mix it up, so I still use the 2 and 3 mile from WATP Express, and keep moving. Leslie's videos are great for those of us who can't walk outdoors in colder weather because our sinuses just can't do it! It keeps me moving and motivated, and makes me feel better too! |

| This workout is great. A few years ago I walked a marathon and a year later a half marathon. Because of a bum knee, however, I have had to stop my long-distance walking. I was discouraged about my lack of exercise in general until I was introduced to "Walk Away Your Waistline". I feel like I get a great workout but have not experienced the knee pain that I typically get when walking around my neighborhood. I also love the "Walk belt" that is introduced in this video. | ||||

| Are you looking for a workout that you will be motivated to do EVERYDAY? I highly recommend this DVD to anyone looking to lose weight. I'm a junior in college and It can be hard to find the time or the motivation to get to the gym. I love working out and walking is one of my favorite things to do. For my 20th birthday I asked my mom to get me a duffle bag full of things I could use to work out with in my on-campus apartment. She filled a duffle bag with some resistance and stretch bands, a medicine ball, some wrist and ankle weights, a set of 3 pound dumbbells, a water bottle, and the walk belt with the "Walk Away Your Wasteline" DVD. I didn't use the DVD initially because I didn't think I had enough room in my tiny aparment bedroom to do it. I gained some weight during the summer and I decided to really buckle down on my weight loss. I popped the DVD in and got out the walk belt. I was surprised to find that the DVD was perfect for me to do in my 12' x 8' bedroom. I started by just doing the first 2 miles of the DVD. It was a great workout and it kicked my butt. 1 month later, I do the 3 mile walk everyday! It's easy and it BURNS CALORIES. I have lost 18 pounds and I plan to continue to lose. It's all because of this DVD and Leslie's motivational antics. Thanks Walk At Home!!! | ||||
