| I really enjoy this dvd. It is fast paced, really gets me going. The music is good, and keeps me motivated. The resistance band really works my arms and gives them a good work out. | ||||
| This really works! (5/5) | Feb 21, 2008 | Anonymous | ||
| This is my new favorite workout. With the walk band I feel like I accomplish more of a workout in a shorter amount of time. It's fast paced and energetic and I find myself looking forward to the kids nap so I can exercise. | ||||

Wow! I've lost 6 inches off my waist. I can't believe the difference I feel in my Ab muscles. I thought they were long gone, lol. This is one of my favorites by Leslie. |

| I love the Walk series, but this one truly has me stumped. I have no idea how this workout helps slim your waistline. If the stretch tubes were shorter, you could make a good arm workout. It seems like the amount of time I spend tucking and untucking the handles takes away from the aerobics of the workout. If you're looking for a good walk tape this is it, but if you're looking for a waist slimmer look somewhere else. | ||||

| This workout is great. A few years ago I walked a marathon and a year later a half marathon. Because of a bum knee, however, I have had to stop my long-distance walking. I was discouraged about my lack of exercise in general until I was introduced to "Walk Away Your Waistline". I feel like I get a great workout but have not experienced the knee pain that I typically get when walking around my neighborhood. I also love the "Walk belt" that is introduced in this video. | ||||

I really enjoy the dvd. It gets me going in the morning and I feel great all day. I've lost 10 pounds using your dvds. Thanks! PS Unfortunately, today my walk belt broke! I was very disappointed, it was working great until the rubber band broke. |

| Fun way to add to your walk (5/5) | Apr 3, 2008 | Jodie | Salinas CA US | |
| Great workout - really got me sweating! I love the addition of the resistance belt! It's not a difficult to do addition - it adds just enough to kick the work out up to the next level. Here's a tip: I have short arms so the rubber tubing didn't add much resistance at first. I tied a knot in each length of the yellow tubing and it was perfect! | ||||

This video makes the fourth video of Leslie's I've purchased, and is my favorite so far! I still use all the others, I like to mix it up, so I still use the 2 and 3 mile from WATP Express, and keep moving. Leslie's videos are great for those of us who can't walk outdoors in colder weather because our sinuses just can't do it! It keeps me moving and motivated, and makes me feel better too! |

| This workout is great. It really gets the heart pumping and the sweat rolling. The workout really tones the body and slims the waistline. Make sure that you have already been doing some of the WATP workouts to get you ready for this one. You are walking about 5 miles per hour, but it is fun. I would recommend this to everyone who is motivated to shed the pounds and tone. | ||||
