| This Fast and Firm 4 Miles, is such an awesome DVD. I never look forward to working out, but with this DVD *(part of my "Todays Special Value Kit from QVC) I actually look forward to it.Especially the "boosted Walking" I I have used in conjuction with Weight Watchers and lost 5 pounds the first week. Working out with Leslie is so much fun and she is very motivating. I finally found a program I will stick too. Thanks!!! I reccomend it to everyone. You can adapt it to whatever level you feel most comfortable with. | ||||

| Wow! This IS Leslie's best walk ever! I love how the workout contains the best of everything. The fun walking segment, the Boosted (light jogging) walking, the toning with the Firm Band and then the stretch that incorporates yoga. You feel you get a complete workout with this one because of all the components. Not to mention Leslie and the cast are so motivational and upbeat. I felt so good afterwards physically and spiritually because Leslie always reminds me that just being able to walk is truly a blessing from God. Thank you Leslie! | ||||

| This is by far my favorite walk. Though I love lots of others but this is my favorite. I would recommend this one to anyone. Somedays I only have time for one or two miles and somedays I do all 4 it is a wonderful workout no matter how many miles you do. | ||||

| I got the DVD, couldn't wait to try it and I LOVE it! I like the way you can pick your mile if you only have time for 1, or just let it run, and stop when you want. I'm a single mom and I have to get the walks in however I can, and this really helps! | ||||

| Though I love the workout, I'm a little upset because due to the packaging, I thought I was getting a different workout from the one I already owned. I had purchased this one already, but it had been packaged with purple printing. This was pink and looked different, so I thought it would be a different workout. | ||||

| If you want to get fit and lose wieght, this is the workout DVD for you. The pace of the DVD is great and the people are inspiring. You will not regret purchasing it. I love this DVD! | ||||

| I Love this DVD! It is fast paced and fun! It gets you going right from the start, and never stops! It has some of my favorite walkers, Mary Kay, Jo, Linda and Carol moving with Leslie, feels like old home week! This really is the one to own! | ||||

| All of Leslie's DVD workouts I love. I get a great low impact workout with almost all of her stuff. She gets three stars for attitude and sweat. I can't give five stars because the music leaves a lot to be desired. Retro synthesized organ music? I find that I need to put my iPod on and just keep in step with the workout in order to get through it. Motivating and pumped up music is crucial!!! If you don't mind the monotony of the music, the workout is well worth the cost. | ||||
