  All of Leslie's DVD workouts I love. I get a great low impact workout with almost all of her stuff. She gets three stars for attitude and sweat. I can't give five stars because the music leaves a lot to be desired. Retro synthesized organ music? I find that I need to put my iPod on and just keep in step with the workout in order to get through it. Motivating and pumped up music is crucial!!! If you don't mind the monotony of the music, the workout is well worth the cost.

  I absolutely love this workout. The music is the best and the moves are great. I especially love the Mambo moves at the end. I love how Leslie interacts with the group in this one. When I finished it for the first time, I told my husband "that was fun!" Who ever thought working out would be fun?

  This is by far my favorite walk. Though I love lots of others but this is my favorite. I would recommend this one to anyone. Somedays I only have time for one or two miles and somedays I do all 4 it is a wonderful workout no matter how many miles you do.

  If you want to get fit and lose wieght, this is the workout DVD for you. The pace of the DVD is great and the people are inspiring. You will not regret purchasing it. I love this DVD!

  I got the DVD, couldn't wait to try it and I LOVE it! I like the way you can pick your mile if you only have time for 1, or just let it run, and stop when you want. I'm a single mom and I have to get the walks in however I can, and this really helps!

  One of my favorite walk DVD's. Who knew that four miles could go by so fast and you could feel awesome after a workout.

  This is a really good workout. If you do this tape everyday, you will definetly see results. I've done almost 100 miles this summer with a combination of walking outside and this tape. My favorite mile is the 4th. My least favorite is the 3rd. You can also do this tape in intervals if you dont have have about 51 minutes for the whole tape. The boosted walking isn't that bad and it helps your heart. This is a great tape!
