| My friends was walking to these videos and was telling me how good they were. So a few months later I got them. They really are good. Now I've got my 2 cousins walking with me. I don't know how much weight I lost but that don't matter to me. All I know is we are up to walking 2 miles and also riding bikes now. I feel 100xs better then I did a month ago...Thanx alot Leslie | ||||
