| This is a great work out. I am happy she has this jogging dvd. Once you feel like you have mastered the walking it is great to try something new. What I like is again I can do it in my home. And not feel pressured or embarrased doing it outside and watching others blow by me. It is a great buy!! Look forward to longer jogs!!! | ||||
