| Wow! I absolutely love this workout! I am so thankful to Leslie for making this workout. I can honestly say that I purchased this dvd with hopes of being able to do the full 5 miles ONE DAY! When Ireceived the dvd all I could do was watch the dvd but now I am proud to report that not only did I complete the 5 mile Advanced Walk in one workout, I also did the 1 Muscle Mile before I completed the 5 Mile Advanced Walk to total 6 VIGOROUS MILES!!!! I felt so good mentally and physically once I completed both of these workouts and now my goal is to complete the 10-day challenge using the 5 Advanced Walk DVD only. Until then...... | ||||
