Ingredients:
12 Ounce(s) pasta (any type)
1 water
1 Dash(s) salt
1 Pound(s) fresh mushrooms
1 small onion
2 Tablespoon(s) margarine
1 Dash(s) fresh black pepper
1 Dash(s) garlic powder
1 Dash(s) paprika
2 spring thyme
2/3 Cup(s) fat-free sour cream
3 Tablespoon(s) chopped chives
Directions:
You will need a sauté pan and a small bowl.

1. In large pot, cook pasta in boiling salted water until “al dente”—firm to the bite. Drain and rinse quickly. Keep warm.
2. Clean mushroom.
3. Slice mushrooms. Peel and chop onions.
4. In a pan, heat butter. Sauté mushrooms and onion until soft but not brown.
5. Add spices and season to taste. Add sour cream and combine. In a serving bowl, combine hot pasta with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with chives. Ready to serve.
