Help, I must be doing something wrong. I have been walking to these programs 8 months (either the 4 or 5 mile program). I have also walked on the treadmill for the last year (usually work up to 4 mph at 10 incline). I change what I do every 2-3 days. I always warm up and cool down. I usually average 6 days a week. In February, I picked up the DVD to work on my thighs and hips - I am at a complete loss - I put 1 1/2 inches on my thighs in two months. How could this have happened?

Leslie, My name is Carolyn Hannah and I attend FBC in Buford, Ga. We had an exercise instructor a couple of years ago and she took a full time job. We decided to continue with our exercise program using your videos. We started with a few women (senior ladies) ages 50 - 87 year old. We are still going strong and wanted to check with you on the Body Booster cables (do you give a discount if you by in multiples). Also, you comment on the Super Moms DVD how many kids you have as a group. This isn't everyone in the group (32 members with 14 regulars). These were the only the ones I could reach: 47 kids, 99 grandkids and 28 great grandkids. You would be amazed at the progress we have made and we keep up with your tapes. Recently, we have introduced the 4 mile tape. Do you have a recommendation for tapes geared for seniors that would help some of the target areas that we are concerned with, i.e., sagging places we would rather not discuss. If you don't have a video for this age group, you should really think about this market. I have some photos I could send if you are interested in seeing some of our Super Grandmom's! We really appreciate you! Below are the tapes we currently have: 5 mile fat burning, walk the walk firm, 3 mile super walk, 4 mile superwalk, walk your belly flat 3 mile weight loss walk, walk away the pounds for abs. We also have the following VHS tapes: 3 mile super fat burning, walk away the pounds for abs and two complete workouts (Christian workouts). We have other instructors, i.e. Richard Simmons, Jane Fonda, Denise Austin, Deborah Lee and Kathy Smith but everyone prefers your videos.
