GGGOOOOD Morning Friends!

Since my beautiful new blog has been activated … I was away enjoying the last days of Summer with family … we did some great beach walks … fueled by french fries with lots of salt and vinegar the night before!  It was heaven!  OK … back to normal routine and that feels great too!  I love a “break” from routine and I love to “return” to routine!  So off I go to WALK WALK WALK … today I’ll do 2 Miles and add some “boosted” intervals … what “walk” will you do today?

WALK ON my buddies!

Speaking of routines, I do your "Walk Weight Loss Bootcamp!" workout every Tuesday afternoon. I just love it! :)

I have everyone of your DVD's and believe or not VHS tapes. Still have them. Do I use them well yes I do. My kids have moved out and I turned one of their bedrooms into a Leslie Sansone walk space. So that is where the DVD's are. Downstairs I have the VHS tapes. So I really have no excuse. Well my husband got me a computer to put in the "Leslie" Room and well like a kid with a new toy I used it. So much so that I got out of the routine of working out. Now I try to do a workout then get on the computer! I always feel better when I workout with you! God Bless you for your commitment to healthy living! I admire you! Now I hope to get this last 12 lbs. off but continue to keep WALKING for a lifetime!

Glad you have enjoyed our summer Leslie! Some times getting "back" to your routine is like starting fresh...and we all need that! I walk to several of your DVD's every day putting in about 8-12 miles a day. I have lost just about 60 pounds so far and have you to thank for it! I even startd a walking page on FB and have met so many wonderful people who walk to you every day too! You are a blessing! Enjoy what's left of the summer! Hugs! Jodi

Sometimes only french fries and vinegar will do!! And it's important to keep ourselves surrounded by people we love and things we love. Your walks are valuable to me because they teach us that no matter what we look like, what "motivators" we have we're making a difference to our body. To our heart, our organs, our mind. I struggle with anxiety really bad and what I have found works really well is your walk dvds. Today was a bad morning and nothing was calming me down, so I went and did the 5 mile ADVANCED walk.... man let me tell you.. I have nothing worrying me now.. I just want water and to breathe!! Enjoy the Summer... XOXO

Yes, it is sad summer is coming to an end. I have the summer cold and feel yucky, but I will still do a walk today when I get home. I started using your walks in February this year. I had recently been diagnosed with diabetes. Since I have been using the walking DVD's I have gotten excellent control of the diabetes and was able to come off the medication. I tell people if I can do this, anyone can do this. I had not exercised in any form in years. Now I miss it if I don't get a walk in each day.I have several of your DVD's and mix them up each day. I am down 40 pounds and am still trying to get down some more. Thank you for providing such a wonderful tool for me to use! God bless you and your family.

I'm glad you spent some family time - always important. This morning I did your 3-mile Boot Camp video. I love it! It's the perfect combination of gradual warm-up, heart-pumping walking and strength training. Now I'm perusing my collection for a 2-mile walk this afternoon. It's so easy to just pop in and walk. Sometimes my kids see me smiling and having so much fun that they jump in and walk too. Thank you!

Summer greetings from Canada! Love this blog idea. Have not been on this site for awhile. Summer is busy with school out for the kids. Our summer is so short here, we have to make the most of it when we can! Is this a good place to ask some questions? I have loved your exercise program for some years now Leslie. I recently found out we are close in age. My birthday being Jan.11,1962. I watch you on my many videos now and think... you look this good, no reason why I can't do the same! LOL Thanks for being such an insperation. You have many dedicated Canadian fans...including me! Thank-you!

Morning all! Leslie, LOVE the blog! One more way to stay connected and that's just so important for all of us - its easy to get sidetracked by what 'life' throws us so having yet another way to stay connected is wonderful!! Starting my day off with my Wednesday Walk Class - my seniors are just so motivating and inspirational - THEY keep ME energized and encouraged as I lead them off to a healthy beginning to their day! So glad you were able to spend that special time with family this summer-our schedules at times make it difficult to do that but its such an important facet of our lives that we always need to find that time! Helps you get re-focused for what's ahead! Cheryl

Funny, I was just telling my husband we need to take the short trip to the beach/boardwalk and enjoy some Thrashers fries before they close for the season! Love those salty vinegar treats :0) Happy to hear you enjoyed good family time!
