What’s the Difference, Anyway?

We have received tons Tweets and Facebook posts asking,

What’s the difference between the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs?

Mary, a SUPER Walker asked: I have the Ultimate Walk Away the Pounds Collection with 1, 2, 3 & 4 mile walks on it. Is the Original Walk Away the Pounds (that is called for multiple times on the June calendar of the Walk Club) one of these or is it something else?

Well, Mary, we THANK YOU for sending such an AWESOME question.  Here’s our answer:

  • The Original Walk Away the Pounds workouts uses Weighted Balls as the Walk Booster – They are 2 lbs. in each hand and they are blue.  That’s how you know it’s the original WATP!  *We did not have a 4 Mile Workout in this original set!  Also, the Weighted Balls have been replaced with our Soft Hand Weights!
  • Version 2 of WATP is called Walk Away the Pounds for Abs!  These workouts used the original Walk Belt (not the Weighted Belt in Walk Yourself Thin line sold in Target stores)
  • Version 3 of WATP is called  Walk Away the Pounds EXPRESS!  These workouts use The Stretchie (now called Firm Band)

Each of these different versions were designed to highlight the different boosters.  So, the best way to identify a workout is to ask what booster was used in the workout?

Don’t forget: every 15 minutes of our walking workout is equal to a mile of exercise.  Just plug any of your fave DVD’s into this formula to follow any of our challenges!  The Walk Away the Pounds series is still loved by many, and we are so thankful for our SUPER FANS!

If you are a huge fan of Walk Away the Pounds, take a minute to check out what fans are saying about our latest workouts: Walk Eat Lose and The Power Set!  Are you a UK Walker?  Walk Eat Lose is available at QVC UK! We are updating our website and our store, and can’t wait to introduce you to the brand new WALK CLUB!  Stay tuned…

HAPPY WEDNESDAY!
