		<description>I started on the Jon Gabriel Method in September 2010, and have never felt so
good.....  I have dieted all my life only to gain it back and more.  At last a programme that works for me..... no guilt......learning how to turn off the fat switch....  Well on the &quot; Forum&quot; of the Jon Gabriel Method.... I looked up exercise and one of them suggested the Mile Walk with Leslie Sansone.  So I started about 4 weeks ago and I do it regularly.  I do have 15 minutes....I certainly found 15mins or more to overeat....

Now I want to purchase the other videos..... I am 65yrs young and enjoying the exercise.....     I am 11 kilos lighter.... The emphasis is only Relax, Let,Go and Let it Happen......
I have 20kgs.   to go.......


Hope this will inspire my friends everywhere who struggle with weight issues....</description>

		<description>I just found your blog and I love it!

I don&#039;t make excuses. There are days I am tired and I actually tell myself No Excuses!

I have always exercised but a few years ago I became very ill. After 7 years I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Sjogren&#039;s Syndrome.

During this time I was not able to exercise due to my symptoms. Once I was on medication and feeling a little better I had gained a ton of weight.

I was watching t.v. and saw an infomercial for WATP With Weights and ordered it. I have never turned back. I could barely do a mile but I kept at it every day. Fast forward and I have lost 57 pounds and can now do 45 minutes of step aerobics. I still rely on Leslie&#039;s workouts as the foundation of my exercise program.

My motivation is of course Leslie but also my huband and sons. They have seen the transformation both physically and in my health. My husband used to be a runner and had to stop due to tendon issues. He has an injured achilles tendon and a torn rotator cuff. He is a very fit guy who tried Leslie after I coaxed him to. He is now one of her biggest fans. He has maintained his fitness level and his range of motion in his shoulder has increased when doing weights at the gym. He puts in 12 hours a day and never makes excuses not to do a Leslie walk. As a result of his committment to fitness we don&#039;t eat until 8:00 p.m.

One other thing motivates me, my health and the fact that some of the markers of inflammation from my illness have gone down since I started exercising. There have been times they were normal! I look at Leslie as my medicine and I won&#039;t skip my daily dose!

To those who think you can&#039;t do it, You can. I was over 250 pounds and very sick. If I can do it, you can do it. You just need to start small and work your way up. You deserve to be healthy and have the life you desire. Without your health, you have nothing. There is no cure for my illness but you can bet I won&#039;t let it beat me, I am fighting back.</description>
