WE MADE IT!  For the past 6 weeks we have walked and talked …   and the unbelievable healthy “talk” – which comes from YOU … is one of the most important ingredients of how to rate a program’s success!  Well let me officially declare a smashing success to the Rev Up Your Weight Loss Walk Challenge! “THANK YOU so much” to all the good folks that make iVillage possible … and especially to YOU … The Walker!  We can’t have great programs without YOU!  Thank you for the robust participation and stay with all things WALK by signing up for the “Walk It Off” newsletter at iVillage … and of course sign up here at walkathome.com for all our Walk News!

Well it has been a fun 6 weeks.. I walked 135 miles for this challenge. Would of liked to do more but this last week I have been under the weather so I am just getting to feel a little better.. but I want to lose 15 lbs and some inches by May and I am gonna kick it up next week... Thanks Leslie for the streamers and for being there for us.. Look forward to keep walking with you..and the rest of the gang. Thanks girls....

I have been walking with you in my den for years now. I have told friends. They don't understand until they get one of your video's. I had an old vcr tape that I loved. Can't find it anywhere. I believe someone just had a baby and was back walking with you. Anyway, it's the best way to exercise, no excuses.
