Oh do I LOVE Friday! I always have so much energy to start a weekend … (now what does that mean? the week is too serious for me?) The 3 Miles will be easy today! WALK OFF the CALORIES of Lunch!!! Today I plan to do the 3 Mile Super Walk DVD!  The photo here is from the day that we filmed the 3 Mile SW – The cast are all SUPER MOMS that walked into better health or walked off weight with our Walk at Home workouts …. GOOOOO SUPER MOMS everywhere!  I can’t tell you how it feels to hear all of your stories about the kids following along and when the kids nap … you are popping the workouts in … thank you so much … that I am in your homes while you are doing the most important job in the world …. caring for your family … I am so thankful to be part of your healthy family choices Super Moms! I miss my kids being “kids” … they are all taller than me … way taller!   I just LOVE how our Walk Team posted an awesome description of the new Cables …. they give our Walks a great muscle BOOST! Read yesterday’s blog if you missed it …. speaking of yesterday … I did the 3 Mile (Walk Away the Pounds for Abs) it’s streaming in this month’s Walk Club … I forgot how fun that one is  – an oldie but goodie!  It reminds me that our walking workouts are “timeless” they will condition our bodies for a lifetime …. they don’t get “outdated” in terms of the fitness components that each walk offers …. we move at a brisk “aerobic” pace – we add light strength training – and we move in all planes of motion for super flexibility ….. our walks offer 1)Aerobic/Cardio 2) Strength Training/Firming 3) Flexibility/Range of Motion …. the essentials of a sound – very effective workout!  Have a great weekend “21 Day Challengers” …. doesn’t it feel fantastic that we are are more than 1/2 way there!!! The BIG RESULTS days are now …. when you “go the extra mile” in any area of life …. you get bigger rewards …. I promise ….. we will be ready for next week …. the 4 Mile days are coming!!! BRING IT ON!

I reached for an oldie today: Walkaerobics Fat Burning Walk. (The walking segment only.) The jogging was fun! I have "favorite videos" that I use weekly, but sometimes I need to sneak in something I haven't done in a while. I loved it! :)

I will be doing the four fast miles today,love them all but this is my favorite !!! one of the meds I take for high blood pressure slows down my metabolism and even eating low carb foods it was hard for me to lose a single pound,BUT... four fast miles is breaking my plateau,have lost 3 lbs since working out with this one,thanks so much leslie !!!! also am enjoying your book ( geting fit with faith ) and bought two more for gifts.

just wanted to say thanks for the great workout program. I've finally got the motivation to get out of my office chair and do some exercise. my goal is to lose 10kg I've done the 1 mile walk 3 times and today I did the 2 mile walk! paul
