HEALTHY & HAPPY New Year my friends!

What a great time to make “WALKING MORE” your only resolution!  It really is the one choice that will impact all areas of your life in a powerful way – better body, better moods, better health, better relationships (really), better – better – better … life is better!

I am so excited to have this 1st Monday of 2011 as a fresh start to life!  We all get that gift … today … we start fresh! Happy New Year! I'm am so excited about this fresh start into the new year. Last week I had a whole week of 3-5mile walks planned until my back went out on me and I realized that I am not as in shape as I was prior to having my first child last year @ age 35 and lack of exercise for the past 2yrs.I have lost major weight in the past and kept it off for a couple years until I got pregnant. Things are much different now and more challening. I started out walking outdoors, then came across Leslie and my weight loss took off from there. Fast forward to now, 80 pounds gained during pregnancy. I've started and stopped all year, but now I'm ready to get my body back! I've decided to just maintain a healthy diet and walk 30mins a day. My main focus is staying on track and with the support of your at home walking programs I expect to achieve big things this year. Thanks Leslie!

Great News Leslie!!!! My goal for the December challenge was not to gain ANY weight like last year when I gained 8 lbs over the holidays...........this is amazing to me because I weighd yesterday to begin this New Year Challenge and, I KID YOU NOT, I weighed the EXACT same as I did on Dec. 6th!!!!!!! I was so happy and amazed to see the very same # on the scale!!!! Thats what this is about to me.....maintaining!!!!! Thank you so much for all you do! Lets Go! : )

Happy New year :) I am joining the ivillage challenge so far today I have gotten in my 5 mile walk club mix. I cant say enough bout the walk club or anything leslie sansone.. I recently got some friends to pick up a dvd cause I love ya so much and got another to join me on the walk club :0 ) Leslie you are such a blessing. I look forward to reaching my big goal this year thanks to you :)

Happy New Year! I started a walking group in my 55+ adult community back in June. It started with about 3 or 4 of us and we now have about 15 ladies that come out 4 times a week to walk to Leslie Sansone DVDs. We're ready for some new stuff. I check all the time to see if there are any new videos we can purchase - we have at least a dozen in our collection but would love to see an upbeat video with some great music for a new 3 mile or more version led by you, Leslie. The group seems to like the dvds with you solo. This is the most popular activity in our community and we want to keep the interest of all the ladies.

Dear leslie, I have been walking with you for the last 9 months, and have lost 40 lbs. so far. I have another 17 lbs. to go before I reach my goal weight. When I reach my goal weight I intend to write you and tell you my story. I'm presently walking 3 -5 Miles with your DVDs., and I got 2 more of your DVDs for Christmas presents this year from my daughter Erin who found them and your website. I Thank God for you every day. Dear Leslie, This is my 12th week of walking with you. As of today, I have upped my Walking DVDs with you to 5 miles inside and added 2 miles outside. I have not had a good 2010. Medically diagnosed with Hypothyroism, 2 surgeries, Short Segment Barretts Disease, and Lupus. So I sure hope 2011 might be a bit better. I have lose 16 inches and 24 pounds. So I plan to keep this at 5 miles a day for a least 6 weeks then go from there. I add weights a few times a week also. Trying to cut out as much sugar in my diet as I can and watching portions. I can't wait to add to my story to you!!! Thank you so much!!

Hello. This year like everyone else I plan on doing some walk at home. I want to become a healthy me for me and my kids. I almost lost my life giving birth to my fourth baby, about 6 weeks ago, with bad labor turing into bad c seaction with water building inside of me. I again so much during my pregnancy that i cried about being pregnant. Not any more! I am ready for a better me, a better change. With your help, I know that i can do it. Reading everyones stories is addtional motivation that I need. And I KNOW that I can do it! Just scared...LOL but no worries, my other children are there to push me along. I hope I can come back and also be a success stories that you proudly can display! Much love and peace! ~Denise

OHHHH Mary .... thank you thank you thank you!!!!! First would you HUG ... HUG ... HUG that sweet Erin for me! How blessed to have such a loving daughter ... she cares about Moms health ...
