Good Sunday Friends! I hope you’ll agree …. we had a fantastic week!

Assignment – REFRESH!
Hit your refresh button today.  Be active in ways that lift your spirit! Can you walk to Church?  Or how about a slow walk after Dinner to refresh your soul.  Walking is mind, body and spirit fitness!

No structured exercise today, but think ahead for the week.  We have 4 milers coming and we’ll need to be sure to plan for the time needed to go the extra mile.  You’ll love the results.  I promise!

Just read this in the Sunday paper ….. Negativity is the easy way out! Positive people are STRONG! Love that!

Looking forward to a STRONG week ahead!

Look how fantastic week one was ….

  • Monday 3 Miles
  • Tuesday 1 Mile plus Upper Body Firming
  • Wednesday 3 Miles
  • Thursday 1 Mile plus Upper Body Firming
  • Friday 3 Miles
  • Saturday 1 Mile plus Upper Body Firming
  • Sunday DAY OFF – no structured activity, but let us know what you are doing on Facebook!

Next week gets even better ….

  • Monday 4 Miles
  • Tuesday Upper Body and Lower Body Firming
  • Wednesday 4 Miles

I like to exercise 7 days a week because it makes me feel good! So I did "4 Fast Miles!" today, which I do every Sunday morning before work. :)

11750 steps "green- walking". In other words delittering our beautiful country road. Once a week, on Sunday I delittering a stretch of road. The walk is good for my body and my spirit and sets a good example for my children and neighbors. What a wonderful way to recharge!

I did a great 4 mile workout today. I took Sabbath off yesterday as I am a Seventh Day Adventist so was ready to go for today. Looking forward to what the coming week has for each of us. I hope you are all feeling encouraged and ready to go!!! Happy walking to all! Especially to my friends who are doing the challenge with me!

Today is my day of rest but a day for a spiritual re-charge. I am spending the day playing with my kids, attending church, playing the piano and giving my body a chance to rest. I love working out everyday of the week, but resting 1 day is so powerful and recharging. Will be walking with you all again tomorrow.

I already posted on FB, but today was a good day. I weighed in and lost 2 lbs. this week! Plus, I can really feel it in my lower abdomen! Can't wait for the results to move up to my mid-section. I feel so much better and so positive. I "played" on the Wii Fit Plus today - 50 minutes and a good sweat! A wonderful change of pace and fun too! Thank you SO much, Leslie and the Walk at Home team!

Hi Suzy, I'm an SDA 2, so my day of rest & worship is the 7th Sabbath Day. I do try to get out in nature on this day, but I didn't make it this Sabbath. This challenge is wonderful!!!!
