Feb 13We are about a week away from this month’s fitness challenge, on February 18th!
After the fantastic involvement in last month’s challenge, we couldn’t be more excited to make this one bigger than ever!
Stay tuned for more details and the challenge calendar.
In the meantime, here is what walkers can do to prepare for the upcoming challenge:
- Keep walking miles
- Maintain proper nutrition
- Get right amount of rest
- Use the NEW Walk Strong Deluxe Kit
Of course, the best practice is to do all four of them!

I'm still walking and going to bed a bit early. I workout early so I don't make excuses through the day for not doing it.
I am looking forward to the challenge. I already have 3 of the 4 DVDs in your new kit, is there anyway I can just buy the one that I am missing (with the fit cuff)? I can't access your store anymore. Loved seeing you on QVC! I walk with you everyday!! :)

I'm gearing up for the challenge! Gave myself a break these past couple of weeks by reducing miles a bit - I blew the calendar out of the water for both the Dec and Jan challenges and my feet were playing up a bit. I'll be ready for the 18th, tho!

I love the kit. I've been doing it since Saturday. I love all of the DVD in the Kit. I hope by the time the summer comes I see results. The only DVD and gaget I am missing is the booster cable. Right now I am concentrating on what I have.
I'm walking six days a week and mix it up a bit--3, 4 or 5 miles per day. And I'm looking forward to the new challenge!

I'm excited about the new challenge. I've gained 40 pounds in the last 3 years and now it's time to get it off!!!
I really, really want to do this challenge with you guys! I'm walking along to a few of Leslie's videos. do I have to be a member of facebook though?
Proudest moment was waking up yesterday and bursting through a plateau. Today my BMI is 25.1. One tenth of a percent to go, and I am there for the first time since I became pregnant with my first child over 30 years ago. I skiied yesterday and did the 5 Really Big Miles after dinner last night. Ski today and 4 big miles today. My fat is now 24.5 downand my muscle is 35. Thanks!!!!
