WOOHOO!!!

We are back after an AMAZING September Challenge – thanks to all of you who participated in our Amp the Activity 21-Day Challenge!  It was a great success, and we just couldn’t wait to get another challenge going for October!

Fall is such a fabulous time of year, but it can also be busy.  Making time for our health should be a priority this month, and we have great news: it doesn’t have to take all day and all night!  We make fitness QUICK and CONVENIENT, especially with our ABtober 14-Day Challenge.  It’s WALKtober, it’s ABtober, it’s FUNtober!

The fun starts on MONDAY, OCTOBER 10th, so get your walking shoes ready, as we will be blasting away extra calories and tone up our midsection.  We know that great health is MORE than just looking and feeling awesome, and you can expect all of the wonderful benefits of an aerobic walk by walking with us of this challenge.

The WALK portion of this challenge is PERFECT for intermediate and intermediate/advanced walkers!  If you are abeginner walker/new to fitness, subtract 1 mile from the daily WALK assignment.  If you are an advanced walker, add 1 mile!!

The key thing to remember: WALK to your level!!

I am going to enthusiastically embrace this challenge! I missed the 21 day challenge last month but i am ready for this new challenge. Thanks Leslie...I love your DVDs and i just received the ABs set and can't wait to use them. Thanks for being such a great inspiration and motivator.

You have no idea how happy I am about this challenge!! Having over 3 months of no aerobics due to a sprained ankle resulted in a few unwanted pounds. Now that my ankle is healthy I think this challenge is the perfect way to get back on track and back in shape!!

I have printed out the schedule and plan to walk next week, but I don't understand what MC: means on each day? What does that stand for?

My wife and I have been walking to Leslies walking videos,for the last four years.We walk three to four mile every day.I have done every exercise known to man the last 32years .But Leslies programs are my favorite.Keep up the great work...BOB...

I have been doing the Walking tapes for about 6 years now and I LOVE them! Thanks to you guys I have been able to lose 20 lbs and be in the best shape of my life! thankyou so much! I will definatley be doing the abtober challenge! :)

Thanks for the new challenge with the ab workout. I did the September challenge and was amazed that I could do the mini challenges. I had told my husband that this month I was going to do more ab work and then when I looked on the web site I saw that that was the focus of this month's challenge. Thanks so much!

I AM LOOKING FOR THE CALENDAR...CANT FIND IT...WANTED TO GET STARTED EARLY THIS MORNING. I DID THE FIRST TWO DAYS OF THE CHALLENGE AND I LOVE IT. I AM REALLY HAVING A CHALLENGE WITH MY WEIGHT DUE TO HASSIMOTO'S DISEASE BUT PROUD TO SAY I AM DOWN 11 POUNDS! I LOVE WALKING WITH LESLIE:)<3

Leslie, I love you! You are such an inspiration for me! Your program is so flexible, enjoyable and easy to do. I used it after my first pregnancy to loss weight and to get back into shape and I'm using it now after having my second baby. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and to regain my shape. And I will with your help. I feel so great and healthy every time I follow your program! Discovering you was one of the best things that happened to me! God bless you!

Awww, I missed the start of this! I enjoyed the 21 Day Challenge in September. I guess I will just be going a few extra days after everyone else is finished.
