Completed the 4 mile Super Fast walk (from the 21 day set). I used the body booster cables as well. Great way to start the week. Let's give it all we have for another great week of this challenge!
week 2 already 4 mile express is on the menu so to speak for today. Loving the boosters for my legs. happy day 7
starting a week late- but am starting....i miss working out with Leslie at home--cold and blustery today, so i think it will be a few quick miles inside!

I did 3 miles (from the 5 mile dvd) this morning, I will do another mile or 2 after work this evening!

Hi,
I just purchased one of your DVD's last Friday and started using it. I walk a lot outside but, I have found that I was at a weight loss plateau after losing 110.4 lbs (weight watchers and walking outside). So, I am starting to do the 1 mile video and go for a walk outside on top of the DVD. I can already feel my legs getting stronger. Thank you for producing these DVDs.
I rode for 3 miles on my stationary bike and upper body... I lost 3 lbs from last week .. 13 miles for 1st week...<3 Rose
