Completed the 4 mile Super Fast walk (from the 21 day set). I used the body booster cables as well. Great way to start the week. Let's give it all we have for another great week of this challenge!

Good Morning Fellow Challengers!!! I did 3 miles (from the 5 mile dvd) this morning, I will do another mile or 2 after work this evening! Didn't do good last week as far as my food; I'm being very cautious this week!!!! Let's go, let's go :)

Hi, I just purchased one of your DVD's last Friday and started using it. I walk a lot outside but, I have found that I was at a weight loss plateau after losing 110.4 lbs (weight watchers and walking outside). So, I am starting to do the 1 mile video and go for a walk outside on top of the DVD. I can already feel my legs getting stronger. Thank you for producing these DVDs.
