GOOD FRIDAY MORNING challenge participants!! …so I did the 2 Mile Super Walk DVD yesterday … yes … I really put my DVD’s in and (first I always “cringe” at the sound of my own voice/my hair …etc. …. don’t we all feel that way? … I get over it fast because the rewards of a walk session are just BEYOND all health choices) … and MORE important are those GORGEOUS 100 lb. DOWN walkers!  It’s just too much … everyone in our Studio that day lost at least 100 lbs. …. by walking more ….. and making better choices at meals!  I was so proud of these amazing people that came to help me inspire all that walk with us!  What they have all been through on their journey to “walk strong” is a true testimony to commitment …. they committed …. they walked …. and they succeeded …. this formula works for other areas of life too!  I hope you have all been inspired by our cast of Super Walk 2 Mile … I will cherish their generous spirits always!  Now on to a Friday 2 miler …. today I have planned to walk outdoors for 2 Miles in about 30 mins. (weather has cooled down in PA and I love the more comfortable temps) …. oh one more note … EDITING CHANGES EVERYTHING … please don’t think I am a crazy Walk Leader when “out of the blue” I say something odd … in the 2 Mile SW … I say … “so who are the sisters???? ” It seems to have come out of nowhere … we had a technical issue when we filmed …. left on the cutting room floor was this “We have sisters walking with us today …. “  it never made it to the final video …. oh well … it was revealed that Joy and Sandra are the sisters in sweat for that cast and they  did a “healthy sister” cheer for me …. thanks sweeties!  Have a fantastic FRIDAY everybody …. eat a good breakfast …. walk for 2 Miles and YOU ARE STRONG WALKERS!  Hope everyone gets a long holiday weekend!

Good morning Leslie, Good morning everyone!! Yes, what a lovely cooler day it indeed is here in western PA.....I just did 2 miles with my Walk Class and started my day with a healthy breakfast.....and that truly sets the tone for the rest of the day; STARTING the day with a good walk and a good breakfast just encourages us to continue the day making smart choices! Keep walking strong!

Posted my healthy breakfast on fb. and did my 3 fast miles. And its alot cooler in SW. Mo. today, and even took my dog for a good walk also. Looks like fall is on its way and its great weather for walking outside. LETS GO!!!!!

Good Morning Ladies! I did my 2 miles indoors this morning and when I got to work, I ate my breakfast. I am waiting for the cooler weather to make it down to Virginia. Happy Friday!!!!

I love the 2 mile Super Walk! Thanks for making it easy to walk of the pounds. I'm down 54 lbs! I have a ton more to lose... but I know I'll get to my goal. Your videos are amazing, your voice is motivational and your hair is PERFECT ( you should see my hair after one of your workouts!YIKES!)...I can't wait to see what new exciting things are to come from WAH!

Good afternoon Leslie and Everyone! This just inspires me so much! Im currently on my way to losing 100lbs! Im a busy mom of 3 and down 11 lbs and 3 inches already in 3 weeks! Walked 3 miles this morning and ate my special K:) Walk ON!

Good morning! Another sunny day here in San Diego! I'm doing my 2 mile walk after work today and Leslie's 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk does the trick! I'm so excited to be a part of this and everyone's encouragement keeps me going!

Good afternoon, I had a healthy oatmeal breakfast and did my 2 mile super walk w/bands this morning...even though we have guests this weekend, I'm still taking time for me and getting my walks done!

Had my healthy breakfast , I love all the great recipes from Leslie on the W-E-L Dvd's ! Did my 2mi. Super Walk & it's SO NICE & COOL (big sigh of relief), that I think I'll go do another 2mi. walk with Leslie :) All of you are really doing great ! Hugs to all :)

Hi Leslie. I don't have 100 lbs to lose but just lost over 40. I discovered you back in may, and it was one of those good choices. You are my personal trainer. I just want to reach out and hug you. Hi Leslie I just completed the month of August walking to your DVD's ( I have quite a few) including Walk off 10 pounds. They were a trial at first but I get up every morning around 7 am and start my day with you. I vary the routine daily so that i do not get bored. I do have 100 lbs to lose and i am frustrated as so far I appear to be gaining??? I am eating a healthy 1500-1700 calories per day. I will keep at it until my body finally decides to let it all go. I do feel so much better and have energy that I haven't had for quite some time. I wear a pedometer so I can track how many steps I am using in a day. I have a cronic pain illness and this movement is helping somewhat. I look forward to continuing on this healthy track.

I am THRILLED you are walking with us .... and I hear you sister .... certain stages of change can be so stubborn ... but please please know .... the effort you are making for a better life .... with better health as your ultimate goal .... WILL PAY OFF ... I promise you .... never give up making good choices about your physical health .... we are all managing these bodies that we move through life in .... you are taking the positive steps that give you positive results .... the tools (pedometer, DVD's, support communities like this) help to remind us of the action steps we need to take .... I love that you know calorie levels .... believe me .... from your short post ... I can hear that you have what it takes to get to your goal .... please KEEP WALKING .... rest when you need a rest day .... make the best choices that you can each meal time .... IT WORKS Betty Lou! ILYSEEEEE!!!! Here's a BIG HUG right at you!!!!! You just lost OVER 40 LBS???? Oh Ilyse we need you to help others stay motivated .... it is more important to have people like you that have, and do, "walk the walk" to tell about their experience .... STEPHANIEEEEE ..... Virginia is a beautiful place to get some Fall walking in .... the cool is coming! What a good point to mention .... eating breakfast after your walk ... I am so glad to comment on it because I get this question often. Although there are many variables for how the body will perform with food "before" a workout or "after" a workout .... a simple way to find out what works for each of us is to ... be your own experiment .... try both ... "eat first" - "workout after" and then another day "workout first" - "eat after" .... monitor how you feel .... there simply is no way to dispute when someone says "but I FEEL better if I ... (eat/exercise) first" .... you are your best judge for how you feel ... and how you perform .... it sounds like all is working fine for my Virginia friend! I have done 24 Miles so far this week. I rested yesterday and my did it hurt today. I love your walking videos especially the 4 fast miles and the walk away waist video. I can't wait to get my new dvds in the mail. Too bad there's no mail for two days> :(

2 miles down today... healthy breakfast... the day is good and cool and we have a picnic... life can't get much better than this. Thank you Leslie, for reminding me of the resolve that I forgot I had! !2 pounds down!

I've just gotten started and I love it..right now I'm financially unable to go to the gem and outside walking is just too much to conquor, I feel as if everyone is waching.. God sent Leslie and this home program as a tool to save my life..I will give you an update in 4 weeks.. thank you Kathy Bishop

Did the two mile DVD on Saturday, which is usually my rest day, but i wanted to be true to the challenge. I was so awed and humbled and blessed by that wonderful group of walkers! Wow!!! (I did notice the glitch about the sisters but I figured I just wasn't paying close enough attention!)

Может естесственно это совпадения, но их слишком уж огромное колличесво... Рассклад такой: когда у нас гармония, и любовь морковь, у молодого человека напряг с работай. Только нам стоит поругаться незамедлительно где то что то подвернёться и молодой человек опять на коне всмысле при деньгах. Когда опяьт сходимся (всегда по ео инициативе) молодого человека низачто сокращают и опять без работы. Мы опять ссоримся, вовсе не из за денег... и когда мы находимся физически на расстояние друг от друга то просто чудом он находит или же его находят и работы хоть завались.... В очередной раз мы опять сходимся поскольку друг без друга не можем, и только мне стоит с ним побыть недельку как его кидают на деньги, при чем не по его вине, при очень непонятных жизненных обстоятельствах. Это канитель продолжается 3 года, сначала не замечала и не провела связь, а сейчас просто наблюдаю и анализирую события и поражаюсь! У меня есть очень неплохая стабильная работа, я со всем справляюсь сама, дефект денег у молодого человека меня беспокоит только тогда когда он начинает из за этого стресовать, я ему помагаю в тяжелых положениях, при всем при этом он мне никогда не садиться на шею, буквально каждый день ищет работу. Но находит только когда я физически нхаожусь от него далеко и мы в ссоре. Очень странно. Но ужасней всего когда у него опять начинаются трудности именно во время нашего с ним примирения. Как одно с другим связанно, не возьму в толк.... у кого то была подобная история?
